TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Choices of plot will be made at the time of booking and it should be confirmed after allotment amount deposited with us.
• Payment has to be made as per one payment plan opted by you and it should be strictly maintained according to plan, failing which a penal interest would be charged.
• Acceptance & Allotment (subject to availability of Plots) or Cancellation of booking (in case of failure in making timely payment or any other unavoidable reason) or any changes in project lay-out would be entire discretion of the co.
• In case of withdrawal, co. shall refund the entire amount deposited with us after deduction as per co’s policy within 30 days from the date of submission of application.(in this case dealer N.O.C. required )
• All cheques /drafts to be made in favour of “R-PRAGYA CONSTRUCTION”, payable at Gurgaon only.
• In case of dispute it would be subject to Gurgaon jurisdictions only.
